Chemical peels are very popular because they are simple, versatile and result in great looking skin. We offer the Vi Peel and Vi Peel Precision Plus. These two peels address a variety of concerns such as hyperpigmentation, sun-damaged skin, fine lines, and acne. They can be applied to the face, neck, chest, hands, and back.
The Vi Peel works well with both light and dark complexions. For patients with darker complexions, we recommend the Vi Peel Precision Plus. This peel contains the blend of peeling agents found in the Vi Peel plus a lightener and a brightener. Both will bring out the glow in your skin.
The Vi Peels have a post-care protocol that is critical for successful peeling. Patients are provided with clear instructions and all the products needed to achieve an exceptional outcome. Patients will start to peel three to four days after the peel has been applied. This usually lasts two to three days. It is extremely important to avoid sun exposure and to use sunblock daily to prevent burning of the newly exposed skin. In six to seven days, your peel will be complete and your skin should look great.
